Landscape Construction Specialist 

The Fresh Perspective Landscapes dream was born when Luke moved his family up to the Blue Mountains in 2015. For 12 years prior, Luke worked for prestige residential landscaping companies around Sydney and the Northern Beaches. He then undertook a role as landscape construction foreman with local company Lower Mountains Landscaping Group LMLS in Blaxland.

Luke started his landscaping apprenticeship when he was 23, as a mature age student. Before this, Luke completed his trade as a Baker and managed the Baker’s Delight at Bankstown for many years. At 23, a career change from the bakery was inevitable after he met his now wife, Kath. All our online followers and clients know that Luke places huge importance on his family, so the bakery hours were not going to work! And so he entered the residential landscape construction trade.

Fresh Perspective Landscapes has been built on Luke’s excitement for the creation of quality, luxurious and beautifully landscaped outdoor areas, and his attention to detail across all project areas. He places a huge importance on developing and maintaining excellent relationships with his team and all his clients.

Everything bar landscaping!

Hi! I’m Kath, Luke’s wife. As a Winmalee girl growing up, I was so excited to bring Luke up to the mountains in 2015 to raise our family.

Since then, I’ve loved running the office admin and marketing side of Fresh Perspective Landscapes – As a Chartered Accountant, there isn’t much room for anything creative in my regular working life, so managing the blogs and social media for Luke has been fun!

I’ve returned to work in the city now after being off on maternity leave with our son Leo, who now joins his sister Georgia at Little Miracles in Blaxland. Our eldest daughter Lianna started kindy this year at Ellison Public in Springwood.

A chaotic household is an understatement, but somehow it works!

Jerry Kolodynski

3rd year Apprentice

Jerry started with Fresh Perspective Landscapes in 2018, after completing four years in the Australian Defence Force.

Never failing to impress, he takes on his day to day tasks with professionalism and diligence. Starting his studies in 2019, Jerry is keen to learn and an asset to the Fresh Perspective Landscapes team.
